Don’t waste a single calorie on average pizza. At Pizza Luna, we mix our dough fresh daily from imported Caputo Italian “00” flour. Then we let it cold ferment for a full 72 hours so very little yeast is required. This develops a light and buttery crust and creates the perfect palate for our curated toppings. Each pie is cooked fast at 700+ degrees. The result? A delicate golden crust with mingling flavors that intensify with heat. Spread the word.
